Current Mail Service Disruptions Expected to Impact Correspondence, Processing

CAPR expects to feel the impact of the significant mail service disruptions announced this week by major service providers, including Canada Post and FedEx. Due to factors related to COVID-19, delivery of all domestic mail is currently delayed. International mail is currently delayed to and from a number of countries and suspended entirely to and from others. Visit the Canada Post website for a complete list of affected countries.

During this time, CAPR will deliver important candidate and applicant correspondence electronically, wherever possible. Please note that our processing times will likely be impacted while the delays and suspensions remain in place.
