CAPR will contact clients with new Client ID

In October 2020, CAPR announced that all our clients would be assigned a new Client ID number to replace their client PIN. Please note that there is no need to contact CAPR to request your Client ID number. You will not be asked to provide your Client ID number if it has not yet been provided to you by CAPR.

Credentialling Clients

CAPR will provide credentialling applicants with their Client ID number via email to confirm receipt of applications submitted after October 2020 and to provide status updates to all active applicants.

Exam Clients

Active exam candidates will be provided with a Client ID number when our Examinations Program completes its transition to CAPR’s new cloud-based database later in 2021.

All clients may continue to reference their PIN until CAPR provides the new Client ID via email.
