Step 3 - Application for license/registration to Provincial/Territorial Regulatory Colleges This step involves a review of your results by the provincial/territorial regulatory college with authority for where you would like to practice. Some colleges have other requirements before you can be licensed/registered. You must contact the college in order to obtain further information. Upon successful review, the college will give you a Registration Certificate (terms may vary). The Registration Certificate is also referred to as the License to Practice in some other countries.
