Understanding Similarities and Differences in Legislation, Entry to Practice and Related Issues
Toronto, Ontario May 5-7, 2004
From May 5-7, 2004, the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators (The Alliance) and the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) co-hosted this forum, which brought experts in health regulation together from Canada and abroad, with the aim of:
- Understanding more about regulatory models worldwide
- Understanding more about the factors influencing the global movement of physiotherapists
- Discussing issues of common interest in relation to qualification recognition and physiotherapy
- Influencing the development of regulatory networks within the physiotherapy community
