Staff With direction from the Board of Directors, staff members perform day-to-day tasks that enable The Alliance to fulfill its key responsibilities, protect the public interest and serve its customers. Executive Offices - email@alliancept.org Joseph Vibert, Chief Executive Officer ext. 24 Joseph manages The Alliance strategic direction, serves as national spokesperson and advocate for Canadian physiotherapy regulators, and provides leadership to Alliance programs, projects, work groups and staff. Paula Pregent, Executive Assistant / Communication Coordinator ext. 27 Paula works closely with the CEO to manage the internal and external communication needs of The Alliance including maintaining The Alliance website and coordination of The Alliance corporate events and meetings. Paula also provides administrative assistance to the CEO. Corporate Services - corporateservices@alliancept.org Tabasom Eftekari, Director of Credentialing & Corporate Services ext. 32 Tabasom manages corporate services including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and suppliers and equipment. Tracy Hovey, Administrative Officer ext. 21 Tracy provides customer service for incoming calls and walk-in customers, administrative assistance to Alliance staff and corporate services. Credentialing Program - credentialling@alliancept.org Tabasom Eftekari, Director of Credentialing & Corporate Services ext. 32 Tabasom provides direction, coordination and support for the Credentialing Program including volunteer credentialing committees and special projects related to credentialing and other Alliance initiatives. Shana Ionica, Client Services Coordinator ext. 30 Shana provides general and specific information, guidance and counseling about the Credentialing process, requirements, policies and application process to all potential and current program applicants. Becky Chamula, Credentialing Officer ext. 25 Becky processes Credentialing and PLAR applications and handles assessments of Applicants with last names beginning L-Z. Barb Gawlik, Credentialing Officer ext. 26 Barb processes Credentialing and PLAR applications and handles assessments of Applicants with last names beginning A-K. Examination Program - exam@alliancept.org Alison Cooper, Director of Examinations ext. 33 Alison provides day to day direction, coordination and support for the Examination Program including volunteer exam committees and special projects related to examinations and other Alliance initiatives. Laura Ferguson, Coordinator of Exam Administration ext. 31 Laura provides administrative materials and support to the examination sites, support services for the Examination program, volunteer committees, special projects and examiners. Sara Rapp, Exam Clerk ext. 29 Sara supports the examination department and provides friendly customer service for incoming calls and walk-in customers. |
